fire in the hole

Mango Habanero

Spicy. Tangy. Slightly Dangerous.

This one's a tropical flirt that lures you in with juicy mango, then hits you with a slow burn from real habanero. Perfect for anyone who likes their cocktails a little wild and their lips a little tingly.

I pair well with...

The OG Margarita

Prepare your glass with your Fire in the Hole Rim- Wet one side of your glass with lime, then dip into the salt blend.

In a cocktail shaker:

-2 oz tequila

-1 oz orange liqueur

-1 oz orange juice

-1/2 oz fresh lime juice

-Simple syrup or agave nectar to taste

-Handful of ice

Cover and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour over fresh ice in your rimmed glass.

Spicy Pineapple Margarita

Prepare your glass with your Fire in the Hole Rim- Wet one side of your glass with lime, then dip into the salt blend.

In a cocktail shaker:

-2 oz tequila

-1 oz orange liqueur

-1.5 oz fresh pineapple juice

-1 oz lime juice

-2-3 slices of fresh jalapeño or serrano pepper

-Handful of ice

Cover and shake vigorously. pour over fresh ice in your prepared glass

Beer

Get a nice light beer, Mexican lager preferably. Wet the neck of the bottle with a lime before opening and dip into the salt blend.

Crack to top, throw the lime in the bottle, and enjoy.
